Geoff Knight

Managing Director, bought CT Joinery in 2021

Geoff has a deep admiration for his teams’ joinery knowledge and commitment to their craft. It’s a trait found in every individual within the business, which sealed the deal on his 2021 purchase.

You might be surprised to know: Geoff has an Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree and was previously involved in Distribution Transformer manufacturing for almost 2 decades.

Stu Richards

General Manager / Senior Project Manager

Stu, who boasts “we can build anything”, knows that when it comes to finding solutions to new and bespoke problems, collective experience sets their team apart.

You might be surprised to know: Stu is a serious kite surfer and happiest doing big air jumps in significant storms.

Glen Nelson

Factory Manager

Glen brings over 20 years of joinery experience, with extensive knowledge of construction methods, timber selection, and material performance. His strong technical understanding, combined with practical workshop expertise, ensures every project is produced to the highest standard

You might be surprised to know: Glen grows a great moustache, loves off roading and BBQ’ing

Cole Phillips

Project Estimator

Cole has a Bachelor of Construction majoring in Quantity Surveying. He can identify the leading methods to achieve a build, advise a best way forward and price quickly and competitively for any small or large scale projects.

You might be surprised to know: Cole lived in Scotland for two years, and has consumed haggis with glee.

Michael Wetherell

Project Manager

Michael is in no doubt that the unified team spirit keeps everyone fully accountable and driven to maintain a superior level of craftsmanship.

You might be surprised to know: Michael is a keen drummer and built his own drum set from native timbers.
